What I kept coming back to was the intersection of engineering and delivery. Building things that actually scale. Creating the kind of quality practices where releasing feels controlled, not uncertain.
QualityBridge grew out of that experience. It's for SMEs and growing teams who deserve the same rigour as the big programmes — without the overhead of a large consultancy.

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to find the right clients and connect them with our team.
Business Development Representative
QualityBridge is early-stage — you'd be our first hire, and we're looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a risk. Your role is simple: identify the right clients across digital development, ERP programmes (SAP, Workday, Salesforce), and quality engineering — build the relationship and connect them with our team. When a contract closes, you earn 5–10% of the total project value (excl. tax) — 50% on first client invoice, 50% at project end. No base salary. Pure performance.
- Digital development — prospect web agencies, SaaS teams, and businesses needing web platforms, dashboards, or application development
- ERP programmes — identify ERP programme leads, implementation partners, and organisations in S/4HANA, Workday, or Salesforce transformation
- QA & quality engineering — approach QA leads, consultancies, and teams needing automation frameworks or release governance
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule intro calls with our team
- 1–3 years B2B experience in enterprise software, IT services, or digital agencies
- Curious, organised, and genuinely interested in the problems we solve
Commission: 10% of closed project value · 50% on first invoice, 50% at project end · No base salary · Fully remote · Direct applicants only — no recruiters or agencies.
